• Pictures from the Coastal Uncorked oyster roast

    Six Myrtle Beach restaurants provided oyster dishes today, each with their own spin on longtime favorites such as oysters rockefeller. The event served to kickoff the second annual Coastal Uncorked Food and Wine Festival, which will take place May 8-15, 2011 in Myrtle Beach, S.C .

    The oyster roast was a hit with those in attendance with wonderful food, drinks and entertainment.

    The organizers announced that Matt and Ted Lee are going to be judges at the Coastal Uncorked Food Challenge on May 15.

    Natives of Charleston SC, the brothers won the James Beard Foundation Cookbook of the Year Award in 2007 for their release: “The Lee Bros. Southern Cookbook Stories and Recipes for Southerners and Would-be Southerners.”
