Sorry to report that they pulled a body from the ocean just now

Lifeguards pulled a body from the ocean just now on 29th ave north in Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately the body appeared to have been in the water for some time and the young male was not alive.

One lifeguard was alerted to the situation by two young girls on the beach, he went out to bring the body in and was joined by another lifeguard. Such a horrible incident. Obviously we do not want to speculate on the identity at this time.

If this was the teenager that drowned last week let's at least pray this gives his family closure.

There appeared to be family on hand but again I wouldn't want to speculate on the identity.

I can't imagine how his family must feel. May God be with them.

This is tragic regardless of the age and circumstances but the loss of a child has to be the most difficult thing for a parent to face. I'll pray for them.
