    Myrtle Beach should make B&C do something with the Pavilion property

    That land sits there and could be used for so much to help downtown. Why not tax them until they either sell the land or develop it?

    I appreciate what you are saying but they own the property so they should be allowed to do whatever they want with it.

    You can't force them to do things with their property unless they are ready.

    I agree but I doubt they can legally.
