    Subdivisions with gas?

    When we bought our first house here over a decade ago it was nearly impossible to find a development that offered gas. With my culinary background it's very difficult not having gas appliances. Has that changed a lot over the years? My house is going on the market by year's end and the next house must have gas hookups!

    Sago Plantation and Highlands at Withers Preserve are two that I know of.
