    When are they building the new Lowes grocery story on Robert Grissom?

    They have had that sign up for two or three years now and they finally did some work on the land last year but still haven't started.

    My brother helped lay the water lines there last year and they were told it would be completed by the middle of this (2011) year. Maybe that's changed.
