Does the city offer recycling pickup?

I live within Myrtle Beach city limits now and would like to start recycling. Any advice?

This is what the city's website says.
Due to improvements in the local recycling process, the Horry County Solid Waste Authority and the City of Myrtle Beach are changing to reusable blue bins for residential recycling. Residents who currently recycle will receive a free blue bin on their regular collection day. Other residents who wish to recycle may call 918-2160 to request a free blue bin. Customers who recycle large quantities or who prefer the convenience of a rollout cart may purchase a 48 gallon recycling container for $30. Contact the city’s Solid Waste Division at 918-2160 for more information.
Do not separate or bag recyclables. Simply place clean recycling materials into the blue bin, and then place the bin on the curb on your regular collection day. Sorting is accomplished at the Solid Waste Authority’s new Material Recycling Facility on Highway 90. (Note: Shredded paper should be placed in a clear plastic bag, then placed into the bin. Otherwise, do not sort, separate or bag any items.) Recyclable materials include aluminum, steel, tin and aerosol cans; glass jars and bottles of any color; plastic jugs, bottles and containers; cardboard and paperboard; newspapers, magazines and junk mail. Materials that cannot be accepted include sheet glass, mirrors, light bulbs, ceramic items and wax-coated boxes. The blue bins are for recycling materials only. Non-recyclable items will be considered contamination and will cause the bins not to be emptied.
