So which is better, Costco or Sams?

I have a small business and was thinking of joining one of the two, Costco or Sams. Seems like they are a lot alike?

I would say Costco. One thing about Same in Myrtle Beach is it's kind of dirty and Costco is just a nicer place in my opinion. Price-wise they seem about the same. Sams may have more products and Costco has better items. My opinion anyway.
